Penis Enlargement Surgery

The idea of penis enlargement through surgery has been done for more than 100 years now. Through the years, the procedure changed with new techniques and other safety precautions are also developed.

The procedure was introduced in 1893, way before other surgeries were introduced. However, until today it still follows the same philosophy and goal. The goal for this procedure is basically to make it longer, technically. When you talk about enlargement, it doesn’t really make it longer.

When you take a look at the operation closely, it doesn’t make it longer. The penis enlargement surgery banks on the fact that inside, there’s still part of your penis that can be “pulled out”. Since it can be “pulled out” the penis is now more visible but not longer.

But doing that, the penis will technically have no base since it will be pulled out so that it will be visible. The surgeon will have to compensate this by extracting fats from parts of your body to complement the base. Most of the time, the fats found in your groin are used. There are many procedures in transferring them. The first is using a syringe. They just insert it directly to the penis and let it do the work. Or they can manually transfer it. They remove the fat and skin manually and transfer then to a specific part of the penis. These two procedures have their own ups and downs. Using only syringe may cause lumping in some parts of your penis since there’s a chance that it will not be evenly distributed. The fats will not last forever and it will eventually die.

This will also produce the lumpy effect after some time. On the other hand, transferring them by hand will certainly produce better results, aesthetically. If done by a good surgeon, it will not be noticeable that something was done to your sex organ after all. However, there’s always a bad side to this procedure. Since it’s done by hand and it will be manipulating most of the parts of your organ, there’s a big chance that the nerves or the sensation will be destroyed. Plus it’s more expensive since it’s a more intensive procedure required.

Since we’re already talking about money, let’s go ahead and look at the figures. If you’re planning to go under the knife to enhance your penis, you have to prepare at least $7,000. That’s the least you have to pay and it could quickly go up to $12,000 as of this writing if you want something better. The price usually goes up for the professional fee if you wanted to have better results.

But after the operation, is it really worth the money and the hassle? There’s a study conducted to the men who have undergone this type of operation that some of them actually liked the result. But some only amount to 31% On the other hand the number of people that don’t like what they see is 69%. It could either be from what their present penis looked like or from the lack of sensation that they see.

Essentially, this type of operation is under the figure of cosmetic surgery. As we all know cosmetic surgery is not an exact science compared to other established operations. The surgeon doesn’t only have to be good in identifying the needed parts to be worked on, but they should also have a sense of art in creating something good to look at.

Since this is a hit or miss operation, you have to know that you are placing everything in the hands of your surgeon have all the blame after that. Even though how good a surgeon is, there’s still a chance that something wrong will happen. The result could be better if you can get the best surgeon but it’s still not a guarantee.

So before you go ahead and get that augmentation you really wanted, be prepared not only with your money but emotionally as well. Talk to your surgeon carefully about this operation so that you will know what will happen during the operation and what you should do after the operation. You also need to be aware that after this operation, you still have to continuously support them as you will alter something in your body.
