So I have decided to take a look at what exactly are penis extenders, how do they work and more importantly do they work.
After I have started searching the Internet for the penis extenders I have realized it is the same as with the penis enhancement pills, the market is booming and it might be a bit difficult to decide where to even start.
For the sake of science and all of you who have asked me about penis extenders I have decided to conduct a little experiment of my own.
Ok I do admit I was a bit curious myself and decided to give it a go and see what all this hype was about. Further down you can find the results of my investigation.
However first things first, what exactly is a penis extender?
Penis extender uses resistance or tension to help you gain more length and girth. Yes, you wear the penis extender on your penis, tension is applied, the penis is being pulled outward and after a while your penis should be bigger.
The premise is that by applying constant pressure on your penis the cell tissue will expend and in turn give you a bigger penis.
As you all know, I am a big fan of penis enlargement exercise programs, as I believe this is a safe way and more importantly an effective way to enlarge your penis. However when I heard about penis extenders it made me re-think my strategy.
Why you may ask?
Because you do the exercises 5 times a week from 15 to 30 minutes, while penis extenders you should wear up to 12 hours every day for 6 months. Now that is a lot of tension applied.
This does not mean one is better then other, simply the regimens for both the exercise programs and the penis extenders are different.
With penis enlargement exercises you are directing the blood flow to the targeted area, the cell tissue expands and the inches are being added. With penis extender constant tension is applied to your penis (or as the penis extender companies refer to it - traction) the cell tissue regenerates and expands giving you greater length.
Penis extenders - what brands are available and what should you look for
Which of the two is better? It depends. Like with the penis exercise programs not all penis extenders give you the same results.
What I have noticed while doing my research is that a lot of the companies and I mean that literally sell the same brand of the penis extender, they just market it under different names.
Yes, you got that right, they sell the same thing. I have e-mailed a lot of the companies, I have read their fine print and it turns out there are only 3 different penis extenders available on the market, however there are hundred of sites selling them.
So before you part with your hard earned cash, lets look at the 3 different brands of penis extenders that are available, how do they work and should you invest in either one of them. The 3 brands are being shipped from Spain, Denmark and United States respectively.
Brand number 1 is a penis extender from Spain.
It is very expensive and it has arrived in a fancy wooden box, which in my opinion is a complete waste of money. However… I was no satisfied with the penis extenders itself.
Why? Because it had spring loaded tension bars, which are damn near impossible to adjust, which in turn can cause you a lot of discomfort.
The spring loaded tension bars applied far more tension that I would have liked, however which ever way I have tried to adjust them to ease the tension the springs kept making up the difference in length.
But being a good trooper that I am and considering I have already parted with my cash I have decided to give it a go.
Well I have worn this Spanish penis extender for the recommended time - the result was one very sore penis. And when I say sore, I do mean sore. Literally throbbing. And no, not in a good way.
I have emailed the company asking about this and whether it was normal, the first response was that I should try to adjust the penis extender (as if I didn’t think of that one myself) and the second response never came.
Needless to say I will not be using this particular penis extender ever again, the discomfort is too much for me. So I gave up before doing some serious damage to my penis.
Like with the penis enhancement pills and penis enlargement exercises I will not do or take anything that will bring my health in risk and I do feel prolonged use of this particular penis extender would have more severe consequences then just soreness.
Brand number 2 was a penis extender from Denmark.
Now this had all the works, the fancy wooden box again (what is the point of this box I will never know, to charge extra I guess) but it does not stop there.
On their website I have found out they even offer a gold plated versions, like that is a guarantee it will work. And the price was unbelievable, gold plated indeed.
What I did not like from the start was the fact this particular penis extender had the same spring loaded tension bars as the before mentioned Spanish one.
Do I even have to tell you the rest of the story? The springs were again virtually impossible to adjust, the discomfort was great and in turn I was left with one sore penis.
But hey at least I did not buy the gold plated version, I do not know what I would do with it. Now I have a fancy wooden box and a penis extender I can throw away in the garbage, it is a good thing soreness was the only thing I have experienced, if I wore this thing for longer I could have done some serious damage.
Brand number 3 was a penis extender from United States.
Did I mention it is much less expensive then the other 2 brands? Given they do not offer you a gold plated version, however do you really need that?
And even though I have decided to do this experiment, let me tell you my determination wavered a bit after these 2 failed attempts.
However when I read about the penis extender from the United States I was a bit relieved, well a lot relieved. Why you might ask? Because the penis extender manufactured in the United States does not use the spring loaded tension bars and trust me it is a good thing.
In fact, it is stated clearly on their website that customers should be vary of the penis extenders that use the spring loaded tension bars as it is virtually impossible to adjust them which can result in extreme soreness. So I was more optimistic and then the penis extender arrived by post.
Well there was no fancy wooden box, which was good as I already had two, which I do not plan to use in the foreseeable future. Instead of the spring loaded tension bars, with this particular penis extender you get to two screw adjustment knobs, which you can adjust manually.
I cannot tell how much of a difference that makes. I have put on this penis extender, adjusted the tension and wore it for the recommended 4 hours and you know what?
I didn’t even know it was there. No soreness whatsoever. I have continued to use this penis extender for the next 2 months. For the first 2 weeks it was 4 hours, during the 3rd week I have left it on for 6 hours, while for the rest of the 2 months I wore this particular penis extender between 8 to 10 hours. And what did it do?
Well never the one to be lazy, I have measured. When erected my penis has increased in length for 1 and ¼ inches, while flaccid length has increased for 1 and 5/8 inches. The girth when erect has increased for 5/8 inches and while flaccid ¾ inches.
That is not too bad after 2 months don’t you agree?
The American penis extender I have been using over the last 2 month is called ProExtender, but which makes it even better (well apart from the fact it actually works without any of the discomfort I have experienced with the other 2 brands of penis extenders) is that the company offers you a good deal. For a little bit of extra, you are getting not only a penis extender but also their online membership, which offers great benefits.
What have I learned during my experiment?
So what are my conclusions after this trial and error experiment?
- Stay away from penis extenders that have the spring loaded tension bars. Short term they cannot be adjusted, while in the long run they might cause great soreness and discomfort. You want to control the amount of tension you put on your penis and the brands I have talked about do not offer you that. ProExtender on the other hand does. It gives you good results, but also and more important it is safe
- Do your research and look for a good deal. ProExtender gives you that, as you are not only getting the penis extender that actually works, but also if you become their online member, you are getting the support to compliment the penis extender you are using.
- Do not fall for the gimmicks. And I should know as I now posses 2 fancy wooden boxes I will never use as well as penis extenders I will never use. Gold plated or otherwise this does not guarantee results, the only guarantee you will get is a dent in your bank account. So do not fall for the hype.
I hope that with my little experiment I have pointed you in the right direction and also saved you a lot of time and money. Not to mention, spared you from discomfort.
As with a good penis enlargement exercise programs the same rule can be applied to the penis extenders.
It is essential that you look around, do some research and decide for yourself. Regardless of the amount of money you are willing to spend, stay away from the penis extenders that have spring loaded tension bars, I cannot stress this enough.
Safety comes first and with spring loaded tension bars you are not getting it. With ProExtender you can adjust the penis extender manually, there are no spring loaded extension bars - it is comfortable, it is safe.
